The Mexican Grey Wolf
(Canis Lupus) is found in Northern Mexico and lives in forests and grasslands throughout Baja California.

Did you know that there are no true wolves in Central America? Their closest relative found in Central America is a wild dog.

Did you know that wolves can not run as fast as most of the dog family, but have enough endurance to travel a great many miles per day?

From the root to the tip, a wolf's canine teeth are five cm long!

Some wolves have paws bigger than human hands!


Wolves are 42 to 45 inches long. They weigh from 60 to 150 lbs.
