Greater Flamingo
What appears to be the Greater Flamingo's knee is actually its heel.
That is why there legs bend backward when they sit down.
The Greater Flamingo is the tallest of all the flamingos.
A Greater Flaming gets it's color from the algae and other food they
eat in the water.
Their predators and threats include vultures, storks, eagles, lions, leopards, cheetahs and humans.
They live in parts of South America, Africa, India Europe and Asia.
